MAIN PURPOSE

  • The Boutique Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Customer Service as per the company standard, generating sales in and out of the boutique environment & assist aftersales clients, merchandising, cash register operations in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards
  • Report operationally to Boutique Manager
Sales and After Sales Customer Service:

  • Promote the Vacheron Constantin brand by interacting with clients in the sale/aftersales of Vacheron Constantin products within the boutique environment
  • Promote the Vacheron Constantin brand by effectively networking and generating business from outside of the boutique environment through client meetings, affinity partnerships, 3rd party relations
  • Assist co-workers in the sales/aftersales process and work as a Team under the supervision of the Boutique Manager
  • Master the Brand’s sales technique as per the training received in order to undertake direct sales with clients
  • Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand’s high standards
  • Cultivate strong client relationship
  • Ensure that each and every client receives an outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment with includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of the Customer Service
  • Maintain a high knowledge on all products of Vacheron Constantin as well as competition
  • Communicate special customers request to Boutique Manager and assist clients overseas or outside the Boutique when required
  • Ensuring sales transactions are processed in accordance with required internal procedures using the systems provided
Merchandising and Maintaining a Luxury Environment:

  • Actively participate in the visual merchandising of the Boutique, implementing required housekeeping, including cleaning products, displays counters…
  • Display products as per guidelines
  • Merchandise animations and product launch as per the guidelines provided
Product Reception and Inventory:

  • Reception shipments of new products, apply a quality control at the store level before selling, and price tag all items
  • Assist in monthly stock taking, of all items in boutique (sellable/non sellable)
  • Actively participate in proactive boutique stock orders, and order projections via stock movement analysis
Reporting:

  • Monthly sales report to Boutique Manager
  • Weekly REACT actions to Boutique Manager/ Assistant Boutique Manager
  • Maintain Aftersales reports and documentations
  • Monitoring of Cash & invoicing in accordance with company policies and procedures
JOB PROFILE

Education:

  • Ideally graduated
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in retail sales, preferably in high luxury industry (jewellery, watches)
  • A cultural –General culture- background, good taste is definitively a plus
Required Experience:
  • Retail experience, luxury jewellery/watches is a plus
Technical Skills / Abilities:
