Better requires process discipline and simplification
We'll be looking to you to guide and empower the HR team in MEA Region while working closely with executives and leadership to manage a comprehensive talent management strategy.
This will include talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee/labor relations, employee compliance, and the deployment of global HR practices. You will provide HR leadership in execution, monitoring and achievement of HR programs and implement change strategies to drive organisation performance. You'll work as an advisor to business leaders to determine best practices and manage HR Generalist activities to provide coaching. You will also help streamline HR initiatives across the organization in alignment with business goals.
For such a pivotal role, you'll have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, and 8 to 10 years of general HR experience while working within a large multinational team that supports multiple functions. You'll bring to the table an understanding of local employment law and legislation and be skilled in providing consultative support to business units on all matters that impact employees or organizational performance. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
