  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing
Database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPls)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Requirements
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Design graphics and images, banner ads, custom media posting, artwork for social media, websites, and materials for offline marketing, brochure and leaflets, email blasts, advertisements etc.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Assist with photo shoots and takes on role of staff photographer as needed.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Participated in brainstorming and play a key role in coming up with concepts and ideas that stand out in the market.
  • Able to interpret a creative brief and come up with creative solutions to tackle specific problems turning it into a solution which exceeds expectation.
  • Working on the digital imaging task which includes photo composition and re-touching, print charts, graphs, illustrations and other artwork - all using appropriate software and format.
Support digital marketing strategies through:
  • Email automatization
  • Video creation and editing
  • Manage the paid media advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook ... and 'so on
  • Report the key results and other predetermined KPI's on regular basis such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution and so forth.
  • Create the Search Engine Optimization - optimized content across the entire digital infrastructure.
  • PPC campaign management.
  • Assist Email and SMS marketing campaigns
