Job Description

  • Supervises day-to-day operations;
  • Managing Operations Team, Monitoring the Team & Supporting/assisting them.
  • Following up on shipments & updating the customers accordingly
  • Build relationships with existing customers for New Business (Deep Selling)
  • Follow up for pending shipments, disputed files/Follow up & monitoring damage shipments.
  • Regular interaction with existing customers to generate new inquiries
  • Processing of inquiries and preparing quotations in coordination with pricing team
  • Liaising with Ops team & overseas offices for shipment updates
  • Maintaining internal records.

Qualifications/ skills/ experience / knowledge

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • With 3-5 years in the UAE with a freight forwarding company
  • Must possess a passion for sales & customer service with excellent communication skills and a desire to excel
  • Should have good written and spoken command in English.

Salary Range AED 5 - 8 K (Depending on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED5,000.00 to AED8,000.00 /month
