 Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to

competition

 Research and Develop potential leads to grow business

 Ensure all queries of clients are resolved on time.

 Increase the portfolio of clients by up-selling services to existing clients

 Ensure client meetings are held regularly.

 Ensure Client retention

 Determine effective Media Planning and Buying

 Maintain clear and transparent communication amongst Managing Partners and Finance

Department.

 Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plan

 Weekly update is required on email

 Report Management on a daily basis regarding the progress
