We are looking for an exceptional Business development candidate for a leading multinational company
- Regional Responsible to manage & support direct affiliates to generate Service Business including replacement & ESCO market on regular basis. Support & lead Service Sales Engineers to achieve targets.
- Develop new Service/replacement solutions (locals or in collaboration with factories) based on market needs and implementation as per future service strategy.
- Development of Service Sales work force across the region to improve skill, knowledge & capabilities. improvement of business processes to bring efficiency & quality to the business.
- Supporting setting up clear KPI's for Service Business at affiliate level to achieve budget & future business.
- Develop the After-Sales Service Strategy, Service Budget preparation for the company on long term basis.
- Consult with the managers and general managers on defining strategy and implementation of strategy.
- Analysis of the business performance data to drive better performance in the market.
- Competitor and client research.
- Participate in financial presentation and forecasting.
- Responsible for reporting, budgeting, follow up, budget reviews.
- To build, lead, manage, train and motivate a direct or indirect team of engineers or managers & eventually generate business.
- Creating annual business plan for After Sales Service Business in order to achieve company mission.
- Implement company core values and Ethics
- Ensure accuracy of logged data in IT system and prepare reports for the management.
